One of Audi’s first electrics, the Q4 e-tron, is getting long in the tooth. The SUV has hit four years old, and it’s time for it to get a refresh. The CarBuzz spy photographers have snapped the updated version testing with its front and back heavily disguised, hiding minor cosmetic tweaks. This refresh’s big changes are under the skin, with new motors and other hardware changes set to make it a better electric vehicle.
