Axiom Retail Advisors represented Savers Value Village in the acquisition of three new store locations totaling roughly 80,000 square feet in the Las Vegas market. The deals include a 32,186-square-foot space at Horizon Point in Henderson, a 24,125-square-foot freestanding building at 7239 Spring Mountain Road, formerly a 99 Cents Only Store location, and a former 19,887-square-foot Big Lots on Blue Diamond Road.Â
Axiom Retail Advisors’ Terry Bortnick and Lea Clay Park represented Savers Value Village in the transactions. David Grant of Colliers represented the landlords, Villa Paloma LLC for the Horizon Point property and Lakeshore Enterprises for the Spring Mountain Road location.Â
The Horizon Point location in Henderson represents a creative repositioning of retail space, with Savers taking approximately half of a former Albertsons store that had been vacant for an extended period. Aldi is taking the remaining portion of the former grocery space.
Savers Value Village, Inc. (NYSE: SVV) is a publicly traded thrift retailer that operates a network of donation-based retail stores.
