DLC recently broke ground on the 27,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack location in Plymouth, MA. Located in the Colony Place shopping center, the project brings together DLC’s vertically integrated platform, which includes DLC, Renovo Construction and NWS Architects.Â
Elmsford, NY-based DLC acquired Colony Place for $86 million in an off-market transaction in June of 2024, marking the company’s entrance into the Boston metro area, joining other properties in Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine. The new Nordstrom Rack location represents an expansion in the Plymouth-Boston community for the retailer.
The new Nordstrom Rack location will join other specialty retailers like Aldi, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta, J.Crew, Talbots and DSW. Located at 174 Colony Pl. near the intersection of two major highways, Colony lace is more than 90% leased.
