Skanska announced two new retail tenants at Kaye, its recently completed 31-story apartment tower located at 2208 4th Ave. in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.
Local hospitality concept Eva’s Café & Bar and immersive-fitness brand BODYROK will activate Kaye’s ground-floor retail spaces. “Eva’s Café & Bar and BODYROK both bring that to life — offering unique, local, and personalized retail experiences that encourage community and wellness,” said Charlie Foushée, executive vice president and regional manager at Skanska Commercial Development in Seattle.
Eva’s Café & Bar will occupy 1,100 square feet, while BODYROK, a national fitness studio, will occupy approximately 4,100 square feet in the northwest corner of Kaye’s ground-level space. Kaye was constructed by Skanska USA Building and designed by a collaboration between VIA, a Perkins Eastman Studio that served as architect of record, and Grzywinski + Pons of New York, Kaye’s design and interiors architect. Kaye, which opened earlier this spring at the former site of the legendary Bad Animals Recording Studio, features 324 units.
