Masterplan Consultants is teaming up with Brandon Architects to build a 23-story tower that will include 50 or fewer for-sale units. The Dallas Business Journal reports it will be located on a 31,129-square-foot parcel at 3618 Gillespie St., which is currently home to rental townhomes (Photo).
The smallest units will start at approximately 2,100 square feet, while the most extensive floor plan will be around 3,875 square feet.
The design plans are still preliminary, and unit prices have not been disclosed yet. The tower’s second story would feature a dedicated amenity space, including a 2,674-square-foot private club area, a 3,000-square-foot fitness area, a pool and spa, and a center with more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. Office spaces will also be part of the mix.
The top of the tower will include a two-story penthouse,.
The proposed project still requires a vote of the Dallas City Council.
