
An affiliate linked to Eaton Vance, a Morgan Stanley company, sold a West Midtown apartment community for $54.5 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that an LLC affiliated with TriBridge Residential was the seller of the 265-unit apartment community, known as 1016 Lofts.
1016 Lofts was built in 2002, and features studio, one- and two-bedroom rental units. Amenities include a parking deck on each floor, a resort-style pool, a cyber café with workstations, tables, and coffee & tea service. The project also includes a fitness center, billiard room and EV charging station.
It’s situated at the intersection of 10th Street and Howell Mill Road, steps away from mixed-use hot spots such as The Interlock and Westside Provisions District.
Founded in 1996, TriBridge Residential is a multifamily development and investment firm that owns dozens of communities across the Southeast. Most of its properties are located in Georgia.
