2025 Toyota Sienna Lease Deals
For those who want a real family shuttle, forget large three-row SUVs and crossovers. The minivan is uncompromisingly practical, and it’s the Toyota Sienna that’s leading the sales race. That said, it’s a pretty tight one right now with less than 3,000 units separating the top three, with the Honda Odyssey and Chrysler Pacifica close behind.
But back to the Sienna, it’s now in its fourth generation, with the current model now in its fifth year. Yes, the fourth-gen Sienna has been around for that long already. So far, it hasn’t received a major facelift, but rolling changes throughout the years have kept this minivan up to date against the competition.

2025 Toyota Sienna Lease Deals for November
This month, the Sienna can be leased for as low as $379 per month for 36 months with a down payment of $4,999 due at signing. That rate gets you a Sienna LE AWD Hybrid that carries a price of $43,465. Leasing plans are also available for higher-specification models.
Of course, rates will vary depending on the dealership and the sticker price of the desired model. The lease plan is based on 10,000 miles per year, totaling 30,000 miles during the period. There’s an additional $0.15 per mile for those who exceed the 10,000-mile annual cap. This offer is available in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia and is valid until December 1, 2025.

2025 Toyota Sienna Highlights
There is a whole smorgasbord of Sienna trim levels available out there. It starts with the LE, followed by the XLE and XSE. The higher spec models are (arranged by base price): the Woodland Edition, Limited, and Platinum.
However, regardless of the model chosen, all Siennas are powered by a 2.5-liter Atkinson Cycle Engine that’s then connected to two electric motors and a 1.9kWh battery. The total system output is rated at 245 hp, and all-wheel drive is available on all trims. All-wheel drive versions get an additional motor to power the rear wheels.
The LE does the job for the most part, but the XLE adds a few more niceties. The XSE features sports suspension, while the Woodland Edition comes standard with all-wheel drive and increased ground clearance. For the Limited, it’s standard or available with a JBL 12-speaker sound system, heated and ventilated seats, captain’s chairs for the second row, a vacuum, and even a FridgeBox.
As for the range-topping Platinum, it comes standard with most of the optional features found in the Limited, along with an optional rear entertainment system and a 1,500-watt-capable power outlet.

Final Thoughts
A three-row SUV or crossover may carry cargo and people with ease, but those are still no match for the good ol’ minivan. The dual sliding doors are a godsend for parents, and the flexibility of their cargo areas is almost unbeatable.
I the case of the Sienna, it helps that it’s available with all-wheel drive. It’s the only one in its class to offer that arrangement, making it a plus for those who live in cooler and snowy climates. Add to that a strong standard equipment list, and anyone in the market for a family bus will be hard-pressed to pass on this Toyota.
