Chip Foose was one of the most notable personalities to emerge from the renewed interest in classic hot rods during the 1990s and 2000s. He was also responsible for some of the early, notable updated muscle cars that we would classify as restomods today. After decades in this scene, he has refined and evolved his style over the years.
