
Select Event Group has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 4,642 square feet of space and recently relocated its corporate headquarters from the Laurel area to 9515 Deereco, an eight-story, 142,000 square foot office tower located in the Timonium section of Baltimore County.
Andrew Beyrodt, Leasing Representative for Hill Management Services, represented the landlord in this leasing transaction. Select Event Group, which operates several branch offices throughout the Maryland and Virginia area and employs more than 450 people.
Hill Management has invested in a building-wide improvement strategy that includes lobby renovations, a new tenant lounge, a fitness center, restrooms with showers, and a twenty-person conference room, as well as security/reception area desk and elevator upgrades. “Select Event Group’s move to 9515 Deereco represents another example of the flight-to-quality movement occurring among commercial office tenants,” stated Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services.
