The Malin, a growing network of hospitality-driven workspaces, will open its first Boston location at 111 Harbor Way in the Seaport neighborhood, in partnership with leading developer WS Development. This marks The Malin’s continued expansion across the Northeast. It’s expected to open in 2026.
Located on the second floor of 111 Harbor Way, The Malin Seaport will span nearly 20,000 square feet
and will offer a comprehensive mix of private and shared workspace solutions. Features include 12
private offices, 44 dedicated desks, four meeting rooms, 13 phone booths and a library that doubles as
an event space. Members will also have access to a ground-level reception and a terrace.
