JLL completed the sale of a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 537,681 square feet positioned across DuPage County’s most sought-after industrial submarkets.
The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Managing Director Kurt Sarbaugh alongside Senior Managing Director Sean Devaney, Managing Director Ed Halaburt, Senior Director Ross Bratcher and Associate Cameron Chandra.
JLL represented the seller in the sale to High Street Logistics Properties. The fully leased portfolio benefits from premium locations within the O’Hare and North DuPage County industrial submarkets. The portfolio’s strategic positioning provides exceptional connectivity to Chicago’s transportation infrastructure, including direct access to Interstate 290 and proximity to O’Hare International Airport, the nation’s leading cargo airport by freight value.
“This transaction highlights the continued strength of Chicago’s infill industrial market, particularly in tax-advantaged DuPage County locations,” said Sarbaugh. “The portfolio’s combination of established tenant relationships, superior transportation access and positioning in supply-constrained submarkets with low vacancy rates made it highly attractive to High Street.”
