L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Investment Advisers (“Shorenstein”) and co-investor Claure Group, formally opened Wynwood Plaza at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami.
A luxury apartment community and a Class AAA office tower anchor the one-million-square-foot urban campus. At the center of the development are a mix of shops and restaurants.
L&L and Oak Row have already secured leases for more than half of the 266,000-square-foot office tower anchored by Amazon. A dedicated amenity hub includes a fitness club, a golf simulator and conference rooms, while the 12-story tower’s landscaped rooftop includes shaded areas and diverse seating arrangements.
The 509 rental apartments range in size from studios to two bedrooms. Interconnected rooftops are equipped with basketball and pickleball courts, a fitness club, a lap pool, swimming pool, hot tub and cold plunge. A co-working lounge features rentable private offices and a large conference room, while the café and game area are connected to a spacious, landscaped garden.
Moss Construction served as the general contractor for Wynwood Plaza.
