As some of you have already noticed, OnePlus has confirmed the OnePlus 15’s launch date earlier today. The phone is coming on October 27. With that being said, the company also confirmed what color options the OnePlus 15 will arrive in.
We already knew that the ‘Sand Dune’ color will arrive, though it will be called ‘Sandstorm’ in markets outside of China. OnePlus already showed us a ton of pictures of the phone in that color variant.
The OnePlus 15 color variants have been confirmed, it’s coming in three colors
Two additional color options will be available, though, Absolute Black and Mist Purple. We kind of knew that thanks to rumors, but it’s nice to get a confirmation from the company, and also official images of all three colors… which you can check out below.
Based on the images, all three of these phones will be made out of metal and glass. They will also have a matte finish. The black version of the device will be quite dark, as was rumored. The Sand Dune color will be beige, kind of, while the Mist Purple is essentially a purple color.
Now, while we do know that the Sandstorm aka Sand Dune color is coming to global markets, we’re not sure about the other two. If we had to guess, we’d say that the Absolute Black will launch for sure. OnePlus always has a black color to offer. It may have a different name, though.
The Mist Purple may not find its way to markets outside of China
We’re not sure about the Mist Purple, though. The company has a tendency to offer one different color globally, so that Mist Purple color could get replaced with White or something like that. We’ll see.
We know that the OnePlus 15 will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and that it will include a 1.5K 165Hz AMOLED display from BOE. You can also expect blazing-fast wired and wireless charging, IP68/IP69K certification, a huge silicon-carbon battery, and more.
