Impeccable Development is looking to develop a mixed-use project near the interchange of I-40 and I-85 in Greensboro.
The Triad Business Journal reports the plans call for about 200 apartment units on about 26 acres at the back of the 2.9-acre parcel along with a 6,139-square-foot Sheetz at the corner of S. Elm-Eugene Street and Wolfetrail Road. Preliminary plans indicate that the Sheetz and another building will be part of the project’s first phase, with the apartments to be constructed in the second phase.
The Triad Business Journal reports Greensboro has approved the infrastructure site plan and preliminary subdivision plan for the project. However, it has not yet approved the site plan for the Sheetz.
Mission Properties and DP Development own the property.
