Essex Realty Group is expanding its South Side brokerage team with the addition of Director Jesus Garcia. Garcia joins the Essex South/West Side team and will focus on multi-family investment sales throughout the Southwest Side of Chicago. Prior to joining Essex, Garcia worked at a national brokerage, specializing in mid-market multifamily assets and representing investors across the Chicagoland area.

The 30,110-square-foot facility comes fully racked with two docks, two drive-in doors, and a 22’ clear height.
