Michael Babicz and RJ Vara, commercial investment specialists at The Vara Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Over 1,300 multifamily units are under construction in the immediate area, with an additional 3,700 units proposed within a five-mile radius, making this investment a well-located and primary medical provider for current and future nearby residents.
