CBRE has arranged the sale of 1100 Superior Avenue, a Class A, 576,500-square-foot office building in Cleveland. Brady Sullivan Properties purchased the property from LNR Partners for an undisclosed amount..
CBRE’s Steve Timmel, CCIM, Will Roberts, Jamie Dunford, Warren Blazy III and Eric Smith represented the seller in the transaction. “Cleveland’s central business district continues to evolve as a national model for adaptive reuse, with thousands of residential and hotel units transforming the downtown landscape,” said Timmel. “This conversion trend, which now includes 1100 Superior Avenue, is reshaping the office market by removing less efficient assets and creating a more vibrant and functional urban core.”
The 21-story property is located at 1100 Superior Ave. within the central business district office submarket in downtown Cleveland. Built in 1972 and renovated in 2006 and 2013, the building provides convenient access to State Route 2 East, State Route 2 West, Interstate 90, and Interstate 77.
