
TGS Cedar Port Partners has successfully pre-leased the entire TGS Cedar Port DC 9 distribution center currently under construction within TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park.
Located at 5300 E. McKinney Road in Baytown, Texas, DC 9 is a 420,510-square-foot, cross-dock distribution facility being developed on approximately 23 acres.

On the heels of the DC 9 pre-lease, TGS Cedar Port has broken ground on DC 10, also a 420,510-square-foot distribution center situated directly east of DC 9. DC-10 is almost identical to DC-9. Scheduled for completion in Q1 2026, DC 10 will include a 7,000-square-foot two-story speculative office design. TGS has begun marketing the DC-10 for lease or sale to end-users.
