New-generation X3 has picked up where the old one left off
- BMW is offering October lease deals on both 2025 and 2026 X3s
- Leases start at $569/month for the 2025 X3 30 xDrive
- Leases for the high-performance M50 start at $789/month
Along with the X5, the X3 is one of BMW’s most important models, especially in the United States. Through the first three quarters of the year, BMW has sold 50,009 X3s, a figure that only trails the X5 (51,870 units).
Despite the fact that the all-new BMW X3 has seen a decline in interior quality relative to the outgoing model, it’s still exceptionally popular in the luxury segment. To keep enticing new customers, BMW has dropped a new October lease deal for the X3, so let’s see what’s on offer.

2025/2026 BMW X3 Lease Offers

BMW
Being a fairly new arrival, the fourth-generation X3 is still only available in two trims: The four-cylinder X3 30 xDrive and the six-cylinder X3 M50 xDrive. The BMW X3 lease deals for October apply to these model years and trims:
- 2025 X3 30 xDrive
- 2026 X3 30 xDrive
- 2026 X3 M50 xDrive
The lease for the 2025 BMW X3 30 xDrive costs $569/month over 39 months, with $4,999 due upon signing. Qualifying customers can take advantage of this deal through October 31, 2025, by applying via BMW Financial Services. It’s the responsibility of the lessee to secure insurance for the term and to cover excess wear and tear. If mileage exceeds 32,500 miles, it will cost the lessee an additional $0.25/mile.
For this particular X3, there is a purchase option at the conclusion of the lease agreement, which will be $30,851.Â
The slightly newer 2026 BMW X3 30 xDrive’s lease price is $599/month over the same period, with $5,129 due at signing. Its purchase option price at the end of the lease is $31,193.

If you’re after more performance, the 39-month lease deal for the M50 will cost $789/month, with $5,719 due at signing and a purchase price option of $40,171. This month’s BMW X3 leasing deals also benefit from a $1,000 loyalty credit, applicable to owners who have owned or leased a BMW in the last 12 months.
If you prefer to buy, BMW is offering finance at 1.99% APR for all three X3 variants mentioned above, over a period of 60 months. A $1,000 purchase credit is also available for the 2025 X3 30 xDrive.

Final Thoughts
Back in August, the X3 M50’s lease deal was $20 cheaper per month, although the down payment was slightly higher. Remember, automakers are still dealing with the effect of Trump’s tariffs, even after a deal was announced with the European Union.
The October lease deals make it easy to get behind the wheel of the new X3, and while the $599/month cost for the base X3 matches that of the base Mercedes-Benz GLC, the X3’s down payment is a bit lower.Â
Watch out for even more attractive deals later in the year as dealerships race to meet their annual targets.
