BRP Companies signed a 25-year, 22,500 square-foot lease with SuperFresh, a community-focused supermarket, at Ruby Square, a 614-unit mixed-use development located at 166-20 90th Ave. in Jamaica, Queens. With the store opening scheduled for the spring of 2026, SuperFresh’s expansion into the neighborhood will bring expanded fresh food access to the surrounding community.
“As our commitment to the Jamaica community extends far beyond delivering essential housing offerings, we want to ensure that our residents and the surrounding community have access to quality neighborhood amenities,” said Meredith Marshall, co-founder & managing partner of BRP Companies. “Access to fresh food is vital across our communities and we are proud to welcome SuperFresh to Ruby Square, providing a needed grocery resource to the region that will support its continued growth over the coming years.”
