Back in July, Jeep recalled over 120,000 units of the Grand Cherokee and its long-wheelbase version, the Grand Cherokee L, due to faulty second-row headrests that might not lock in place. This time, however, the nameplate is again part of a recent recall but for a different issue. A total of 91,787 units of the Grand Cherokee 4xe are being recalled due to a serious safety issue – there’s a risk of them losing propulsion and stalling unexpectedly.
