The Basin Alley Building, which is located at 105 Broadway in Nashville, is listed for sale at $79 million. The building, which currently houses the Nashville Underground honky-tonk, is 54,825 square feet.
The Nashville Business Journal reports singer-songwriters Gavin DeGraw and Joey DeGraw own the building. They opened the venue in 2018. It was constructed in 1935 as a seed warehouse.
CBRE, which has the listing, would also entertain a lease agreement. CBRE’s Nick Goss, Paul Gaither, Kevin Hurley and Matt Karempelis are handling the listing.
The DeGraw brothers paid $30 million for the 0.2-acre property in February 2023.
On its website, Nashville Underground claims to deliver an intimate, authentic Nashville experience where you can Drink, Taste, and Hear Nashville. The 6-story restaurant, bar, and event space showcases Nashville’s world-famous music, cuisine, and spirits. The new third floor includes bowling lanes, arcade games, TVs, and a full bar!
