Global Holdings secured two new retail leases at the base of its Class A office tower, 875 Third Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. Utopia Bagels signed a 15-year lease for 3,512 square feet across the ground floor and lower concourse. Juice bar Essex Squeeze leased 1,326 square feet under a 10-year agreement.
“Our goal has always been to curate the best-in-workplace experiences and deliver retail that not only serves the needs of our office tenants but also draws in New Yorkers from across the neighborhood,” said Craig Panzirer, SVP, director of leasing at Global Holdings Management Group. “Utopia Bagels and Essex Squeeze join a list of beloved local brands at 875 Third, and will bring an energy, authenticity and all-day appeal to the tower that further differentiates its standing in Midtown East.”
Jeff Winick of RTL represented Utopia Bagels. Frank Reiser and Diego Rojas of Tungsten Property represented Essex Squeeze. Reiser also represented Global Holdings in both deals.
