TakeOff Adventure Park is headed to the Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center in Pasadena. The 60,000 square foot entertainment center will features a ninja course, foam pit, climbing walls, trampolines, partiy rooms and more.
Alyx Penland and David Meyers of NewQuest represented the landlord, WMD Fund LLC, while Cesar Miranda of KW Commercial Signature Realty brokered the lease for the tenant. The Houston Business Journal reports that while there is only one TakeOff Adventure Park up and running (Pleasantville, New Jersey) the company says more than 50 sites are under consideration.
Two other entertainment iterations have previously rented the same space.
NewQuest originally bought the 21-acre property at 5950 Fairmont Parkway in 2005 when it included one building that had been vacated by Walmart. NewQuest filled the existing building with new tenants and built another on the property, creating the now 176,401-square-foot Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center. NewQuest sold the property to WMD Fund in 2015.
