
Rockefeller Group announced the topping out of 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story, mixed-use tower located in Midtown, Atlanta. The development will feature boutique, Class A office space, luxury residences with a full acre of amenities, and ground-floor retail space. Upon completion in Spring 2026, the property will stand as the tallest tower built in Atlanta in more than three decades.
1072 West Peachtree will deliver 224,000 square feet of office space across eight floors of the building, 357 units of premier residences, and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail offerings. Amenities include an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, and wellness-focused offerings such as private spa treatment rooms, sauna rooms, frost lockers, and recovery facilities.
Additionally, the property will feature the Sky Garden, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck.
Turner Construction is serving as general contractor for the building.
