Volusia County approved a new condominium called 2000 N. Atlantic. For now, Gelcorp is developing the project. The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that, regarding the construction timeline, the company will decide whether to pursue development or explore the possibility of selling the concept to another party.
After a sales center is built, phase two will consist of a 21-story residential building. The residential building will have 165 multifamily units, with building amenities and a three-level parking garage.
Amenities will include two pools, an outdoor bar, and a food and beverage area that will serve as a café and a happy hour spot. Â
Condo prices could range between $622,000 on the low end and $2.6 million on the high end, not including the penthouses.
The one-bedroom options range from 622 to 1,318 square feet, two bedrooms range from 1,073 to 1,907 square feet and three bedrooms range from 2,211 to 2,606 square feet.
