
The RMR Group is selling a 110,000-square-foot office building it owns in Nashville. The Parklane building, located at 5200 Maryland Way in the Maryland Farms business park, is 63.2% leased.
The Nashville Business Journal reports the RMR Group paid $18.175 million for the Parklane building in 2017. The office building previously sold for $13.65 million in 2011.
Charlie Gibson and Ross Smith of the Nashville office of Stream Realty are the listing agents for the property.
At the same time The RMR Group is trying to unload one property, the firm is hoping to soon break ground on a sprawling East Bank development—the 18-acre Station East development at 111 N. First St. It is set to include 1,400 residential units, 1.2 million square feet of office space, more than 600 hotel rooms and more.
