HFI Capital Management acquired 1333 Oak Lawn, a 10-story, 126,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Dallas’s Design District. A partnership between FCP and Quadrant Investment Properties completed the building in 2024.
As part of the acquisition, the property will be rebranded as “The Capital Design District,” or “The Capital” for short.
The property was completed in 2024 and features five floors of modern office space with views of Uptown and Downtown Dallas. On the 9th floor, there are over 8,000 square feet of amenities, including a private tenant lounge called “Capital Spot,” an executive conference room, a fitness center, complete locker rooms and a rooftop pickleball court.
HFI plans to relocate its offices to the building and activate Capital Spot with a speaker series and happy hours.
The building will also house Maroma, a coastal Mexican concept.
