The original XJ was the last car designed by Jaguar founder Sir William Lyons. When the final-generation machine arrived for 2011, it intended to combine innovation, beauty, and desire, just like the original. The resulting flagship model lineup provided plenty of choice for shoppers to consider, and covered a wide range of power and performance levels. Also, it smelled like a classy leather jacket inside. The seats would leave their fragrance on you for hours after you stepped out from a drive, which you’d be thinking about (and smelling) all day.
