It happens with many cars, that when they are launched, they are not truly appreciated for what they are. Look at Porsche’s first Cayenne Turbo, an over-engineered SUV that had a low-range transfer case, but which could still clock 155 mph. It’s only today that this engineering marvel is really admired.
