Koenigsegg loves to set lap records, and has now reclaimed its production car record on Laguna Seca despite having to add an absurd muffler to the Sadair’s Spear car. According to Koenigsegg’s founder, Christian Von Koenigsegg, the car was already in the US for the Concours event at the Wynn in Las Vegas, so they may as well slip into California and get the record back.
