Colliers announced the return of Sam Wayne, one of the Puget Sound’s multifamily investment advisors, as senior vice president.
Wayne will lead Colliers’ multifamily growth across the Puget Sound, bringing together institutional, middle-market and private capital to accelerate investment activity in one of the nation’s most dynamic apartment markets.
Over the past 15 years, Wayne has executed more than 100 transactions totaling $3 billion, including several of Seattle’s most high-profile multifamily sales. His career spans both advisory and principal roles, giving him a distinctive edge in understanding how investors, developers and capital partners create value in today’s market.
“Sam is a force in Seattle multifamily,” said Scott Blankenship, Executive Managing Director and Puget Sound Market Leader at Colliers. “He has the relationships, the instincts and the dealmaking track record to push our platform forward. His return signals Colliers’ focus on building the strongest multifamily team in the region.”
