Alliance Industrial closed on a prime redevelopment site with 635 frontage in the Valwood submarket of DFW, located at the intersection of Interstate 35E and Interstate 635. Woodhaven Development is partnering on the project. The firm will commence demolition of the existing buildings and break ground on Park Six35 later this year, a new 362,065-square-foot, three-building Class A industrial park.
Park Six35 is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, and the buildings will be available for lease or for sale. The project will offer a variety of modern industrial spaces ranging from 35,000 square feet to 146,000 square feet. Park Six35 offers visibility along I-635, and provides amenities for users pursuing space within the greater Valwood Submarket.
Holt Lunsford Commercial has been selected to handle the leasing for Park Six35. Andrew Gilbert, Keaton Brice, and Jon Skidmore will oversee leasing efforts on behalf of Alliance Industrial.
