
Panattoni Development Company has officially broken ground on the first phase of Gateway Commerce Center at I-76, launching construction on a 1.2-million-square-foot development that marks the beginning of a 5-million-square-foot, master-planned industrial campus in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Located on the former Bethlehem Steel Grace Mine site, Gateway Commerce Center will redefine large-scale logistics and manufacturing in the region. The initial phase of the project will deliver two Class A buildings, with one totaling 925,260 square feet and the other 291,600 square feet. Construction is led by Brinkmann Constructors, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026. The buildings will be jointly listed by KBC Advisors and Colliers.
The Panattoni Development Company team includes John Henriksen, Partner, Ian McDonald, Partner, Ada Frankenberg, Senior Development Manager, and Aaron Tappana, Development Manager. The Colliers team is led by Executive Vice Presidents Michael Golarz and Tom Golarz, and the KBC Advisors team is led by Partners Michael Zerbe, Mark Chubb, Summer Coulter, and Jason Webb.
