Concord Hospitality, along with capital investors Whitman Peterson, the Dasburg Family Office, and Mayo Clinic, opened the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic. Construction began on the eight-story, 252-room hotel in 2023.
The eight-story hotel spans more than 184,000 square feet.
Dr. Kent Thielen, chief executive officer of Mayo Clinic in Florida, added, “This new hotel strengthens our commitment to providing a healing environment that extends beyond clinical care. For our patients and their families, it offers a warm, supportive place to stay just steps away from the care they need.”
Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic features 21 suites, more than 21,000 square feet of flexible event space, a full-service restaurant, Coastal Kitchen, a resort-style outdoor heated zero-entry pool, an expansive 24-hour fitness center, and a lobby café.
Randolph Construction Group constructed the property in partnership with Integrated Construction Service, Inc., and META Real Estate Partners. Bank of America provided financing for the project.
